New Zealand Customers
All
prices on this web site are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include
GST. Flat freight rates apply for New Zealand customers. Please add NZ$5.00,
to orders up to the value of NZ$100.00, and NZ$10.00 to orders with a
value greater then NZ$100.00. All goods are sent by the quickest service
available that matches the freight cost. For example if you are ordering
two box's of disposa-trays for South Island delivery, courier cost on
this would be $30.00 or more, so we will send it by tracked parcel post
delivery time 2-3 days as that service costs around $5.00, the closest
service to the flat rate of $5.00 charged on the order. If you were ordering
a box of needle bars for South Island delivery it would probably be sent
via over-night courier as they will fit into a $5.00 courier bag.
We must have a street address and phone number. Rural delivery addresse's
are acceptable but delivery may take a little longer. We do try to get
orders out as soon as possible, however because of Bank policies regarding
unpaid cheques we now require that all personal cheques clear our bank
before we will dispatch orders. This takes 5 working days minimum. We
do not accept credit card payments.
If orders are urgent we can send by courier regardless of size but we
will require you pay the full cost of delivery in advance.

Please note that we consider the courier company or any authorised carrier to be your agent, once we deliver your goods to the courier company or carrier we no longer take responsibility for them. Any loss or damage to your goods after delivery by us to the courier company or carrier is not our responsibility and no liability will be accepted.

All prices on this web site are quoted in New Zealand dollars. You may pay in Australian dollars but you must convert the NZ$ correctly into this currency using current bank rates. Short paid orders will be cut.
Freight costs depend on the speed of service you require so please advise us your order via e-mail and we will get back to you with freight cost's and options.

All prices on this web site are quoted in New Zealand dollars and do not include freight charges. You must add the correct freight charges to your order. To obtain the correct freight charge for your order please E-mail us at mystic@iconz.co.nz with your order and we will work out the correct cost for Air Insured Post or courier delivery on your order and advise you of the cost by return E-mail.
